MT4

1. Copy TradeSyncEA.mq4 to MQL4/Experts/
2. Open MetaEditor (F4), compile (F7)
3. Drag TradeSyncEA.ex4 onto a chart
4. Enable AutoTrading (Ctrl+E) and Allow DLL imports (EA Properties → Common)
5. Enter your API Key in the EA's API_KEY field
6. Click Sync Now in the dashboard connectors panel

MT5

1. Copy TradeSyncEA.mq5 to MQL5/Experts/
2. Open MetaEditor (F4), compile (F7)
3. Drag TradeSyncEA.ex5 onto a chart
4. Enable AutoTrading (Ctrl+E)
5. Enter your API Key in the EA's API_KEY field
6. Add https://trading-journal.aihighstakes.workers.dev to MT5's allowed WebRequest URLs (Tools → Options → Expert Advisors)
7. Click Sync Now in the dashboard connectors panel

cTrader

1. Open cTrader → Account → Share Investor Access → copy the link
2. Enter the investor URL in the dashboard's cTrader connector field
3. Enter your Bridge URL if using a separate bridge deployment
4. Click Sync Now in the dashboard connectors panel
Need help? EA files are in the trading_journal/ folder. Compile in MetaEditor before use. Password-protect the compiled .ex4/.ex5 before distributing to users to protect your source code.
